Check-in & Pickup
MeowLuxe is open by appointment only daily 7:30am – 6pm. Call us for a tour or to make a reservation!
We require a set appointment time to ensure we will be completely available to give you and your fur baby the one-on-one attention needed during this process. We also like to ensure that we have enough time to install your camera app on your device.
Should you require an arrival or departure time outside of our regular hours, we would be happy to accommodate you as long as you contact us to confirm in advance.
Arrivals and departures are only by confirmed appointment.
All cats MUST arrive in a secure carrier. No cardboard boxes, and please, do not carry cats into hotel in your arms!
What to Bring
Required:
Food – Because it’s so important not to subject any pet to a sudden diet change, we ask that each cat arrive with enough food to last their entire stay. You can provide detailed feeding instructions to us, and yes, we’ll take the time to mix in wet food or add a treat if that’s what your cat likes!
Recommended:
Kitty’s favorite bedding from home (smells like home = good!)
- Toys
- Treats
Required Vaccines
Please email us (or text a picture) vaccine records for each guest, or have your vet clinic email them to us at info@meowluxehotel.com. Each cat must be vaccinated against rabies and FVRCP as well as have been on flea preventative. Vaccines need to be completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure your cat is not experiencing any side effects. If it is your personal preference not to vaccinate, if your cat is allergic to vaccines, or if your cat is a senior, please call us for further instructions.
Medication and Medical Conditions
We can administer all types of medications.
Having a diabetic cat ourselves, it was so important to us that she receive her insulin injections every day, twice a day, in a timely manner. Please trust that your requests for timeliness of medications will be taken seriously. You also have the option of viewing our real time surveillance cameras to see us providing medication as requested.
Emergencies
Although we do not anticipate any problems, we prefer to take a proactive approach and reserve the right to seek advice and necessary medical treatment, at our discretion, with all costs to be borne by the client.
We will make every effort to consult with your pets own veterinarian first, and we have an on-call veterinarian available when required.
*Cancellation & Refund Policy
We realize that life happens and sometimes plans need to be changed. Should you need to cancel or change your confirmed dates, please contact us regarding the adjustments.
Long Term Discounts
We offer negotiable discounts for stays of 14 consecutive days or longer.
